At SW Football Academy, we value every player and family that chooses to train with us. We aim to provide high-quality football coaching and a smooth booking experience. This Refund Policy outlines how cancellations and refunds are handled for our services, including one-to-one coaching sessions, academy programmes, and school holiday camps.

All bookings made with SW Football Academy are subject to this Refund Policy. By confirming your booking, you agree to the terms below. We encourage all players and parents to read this policy carefully before booking sessions.

Our Policy

At SW Football Academy, we take pride in delivering high-quality football coaching and providing players with the best possible training environment.

 

When you confirm a booking with us, we commit coaching resources, facilities, and preparation time specifically for your session or programme. For this reason, all payments made to SW Football Academy are non-refundable.

We operate a zero-refund policy across all of our services, including one-to-one coaching, group sessions, academy programmes, and school holiday camps. Once payment has been received, no refunds will be provided if a participant is unable to attend due to personal circumstances, scheduling conflicts, changes of mind, or non-attendance.

In exceptional circumstances, such as long-term injury or illness that prevents continued participation, SW Football Academy may, at its sole discretion, consider offering a credit towards future sessions or a partial refund. Any such requests must be submitted in writing to info@swfootballacademy.com and supported by appropriate evidence, such as a medical certificate. Each case will be reviewed individually, and decisions will be made at the discretion of the academy.

In the event that SW Football Academy cancels a session, programme, or event due to unforeseen circumstances — for example, extreme weather, illness, or venue closure — participants will be offered an alternative session, a credit note, or a full refund.
